Hello Stickerland! Where did you first hear about MailBeez?

I was searching for the best tools to improve Oscommerce on the Oscommerce forum, and found a thread about Mailbeez.

That’s great to hear, so what made you go ahead with MailBeez?

Easy installation, ease of use and lot’s of marketing potential. It also looks great, it’s simple to configure and most importantly, works as promised.

How long have you been using MailBeez and what has been the outcome so far?

For about a year now, and we just upgraded to version 2.5. Love it! Even the tools are handy, like the Database Optimizer for example. I’ve put everything in a nightly cronjob, so it’s set up to forget about:)

In terms of marketing, our customers love the emails and contact they get from us, and in return they give us positive feedback and become more regular customers.

What for you makes MailBeez different from newsletter systems like MailChimp?

The most positive for us is that it isn’t just a newsletter system, it’s so much more,

We use phplist for our newsletters. In there we write about shop news, and actions. Then we use Mailbeez to communicate to our customers directly. We ask for some kind of interaction, and we get interaction, with the result that the customer feels he / she is important to us. We ask for input from the customer and we do something with that information. Plus wth Mailbeez we can put some order specific information into the email to make it more personal and relevant.

What are in your view, the biggest strengths of MailBeez?

That the emails are personalized and specific to the customer, and relate to their order(s). Plus, Mailbeez is very easy setup, and you can try before going live to make sure each campaign is perfect.

What campaigns are most successful for your business?

We have a lot of success with the Review and Winback modules.

How do your customers perceive / react to the emails generated by MailBeez?

In short… very positive, and our store revenue has grown by a measurable 4.7% since we started using it, as shown in Google Analytics.

What are you future plans with using MailBeez?

We would like to remove the free version footer, so i’m going to buy the Certificate Remover module)

Any recommendation for shop owners starting with MailBeez?

Yes. Install it! Then read the manual, do a great design on the mail template and earn more for your store!
