We first heard about MailBeez through Trustpilot, as a way to get greater control and provide increased functionality of the Trustpilot review system.
One quick install of the MailBeez Trustpilot module, it actually worked and we knew we had found something good!
Why did you choose MailBeez?
We choose MailBeez because it was free and simple to install. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and we are very happy we did.
How long have you been using MailBeez and what has been the outcome so far?
We have been using the MailBeez Trustpilot module for approaching three months. The outcome has been a massive increase in the number of reviews we have submitted, both good and not so good. We don’t mind a few reviews from customers who for whatever reason are not 100% happy, as this give us chance to really show what makes us different unbeatable customer service.
The next step was to opt for our first paid for module, the MailBeez Trustpilot Integration Suite. This allows us to show customer reviews, as the Trustpilot widget is a bit basic. We show the reviews on the most important pages of our website, where we see the biggest exist from the conversion funnel. Again the results have been fantastic. We had Cord, lead programmer for MailBeez integrate this module for us, as although I’m sure it easy enough to install, we are too busy processing orders and making our customers happy. Cord, provided a first rate service taking away the worry and getting the job done quickly.
What makes for you MailBeez different from Newsletter systems like MailChimp?
We have a MailChimp account and this too is a great product. But unlike MailChimp which needs a lot of time spent on it to see any ROI.
MailBeez once set up, will run daily to email your existing and potential customers with very little, if any work required form us.

What campaigns are most successful for your business?
Every MailBeez module is another piece of the jigsaw, that is providing our customers with a top level experience. We wouldn’t want to be with out any of them.
The MailBeez Trustpilot module has been particularly successful, but then so has the Review Reminder Advanced with Autologin, what a great feature. Share review on Facebook module. Right done to the behind the scenes modules like the database optimisation and email throttling.
How do your customers perceive / react on the emails generated by MailBeez?
Our customer love to be given the opportunity to express there opinion and we love to hear it. The emails generated by MailBeez look professional and sharp so only add to the customer experience. Of course some customer would rather we didn’t send them emails and the opt-out feature built into MailBeez means if they don’t want to hear from us they don’t, with out creating any extra work load for us.
What are you future plans with using MailBeez?
We will over the next couple of months be tweaking the emails we send out to still further increases response rates. In particular we are looking to add the functionality of the MailBeez No Purchase module, to offer this small but very important group of customer a incentive to make the final push to become a paying customer! As the team at MailBeez releases new modules we are sure to add these, not all of them work for us but those that do we be implementing at a fast pace.
Any recommendation for shop owners starting with MailBeez?
Well if you have found MailBeez you have made the biggest step all ready, well done. Now get the free modules installed, get the emails sending daily and start to see the positive effect this has on your customer experience and conversion rate. Within a few weeks you’ll see why you need to be implementing the paid for modules and will wonder how you ever lived with out them.
