We found Mailbeez on Oscommerce, and then we tested it on our store.
Why did you choose MailBeez?
Mailbeez takes a lot of work out of our hands and works great!!
How long have you been using MailBeez and what has been the outcome so far?
We have used MailBeez for a couple of months now and it works great for us. We get a lot of Trustpilot ratings and more sales with following up on our customers.
What for you makes MailBeez different from newsletter systems like MailChimp?
Most important for us is that MailBeez does the work for us, so we do not need to spend additional time for sending out newsletters.
What are in your view, the biggest strengths of MailBeez?
It works! And we can extend MailBeez with modules!
What campaigns are most successful for your business?
Lots of customers rate us on Trustpilot and the most important is that Mailbeez does the work for us.
Mailbeez also gives a lot of sales from cutomers that did not purchase. We send the customers with no purchase (through Mailbeez an email) and they are actually coming back!! The “Trustpilot Integration Suite” allows us to embed our Trustpilot Ratings into these emails, which is a great way to show new customers that they can expect good service from us.
How do your customers perceive / react to the emails generated by MailBeez?
Less than 0,4% of our customers use the Opt-Out link for not receiving any future emails. We think that is a great result and shows how well the personalized emails are perceived.
What are you future plans with using MailBeez?
We plan to add more campaign modules – when they match our marketing strategy. Every module is adding a piece to provide good customer service which is resulting in more sales.
