A fun Mailbeez Dashboard widget that lets you know how many customers you were able to win back – using the winback or winback advanced MailBeez Module
This module visualizes how many customers placed an order after they have received an email by the MailBeez winback or winback advanced Module.
You can configure the timeframe to look back and a factor to adopt the rating range. By default the Winback-O-Meter measures from 0..10%. If you sell products, which needs a replacements, you will very likely get a higher winback rate than someone selling one-off parts (e.g. spare parts). So that allows you to adopt the rating range to your business.
